Not to sound elitist or special (we’re all special), but I’ve gained some truly profound understandings from my death experience that most others haven’t tapped into in their own being yet. The greatest of these is that Love is everything. It. Is. Everything. Even the most horrific thing you can imagine, Love is. It doesn’t mean we should aspire to being that, it just means it exists in our awareness for a greater purpose than we can sometimes recognize and is therefore essential in our growth here. Fear/ego is the driving force of so many of our thoughts/decisions when it doesn’t have to be. Love can guide us. It is a choice. Making the choice to feel Love rather than fear is best supported when we’re surrounding ourselves with things that bring out good-feeling energies in us.

Do yourself a favor and tune into your bodies’ energy when you’re going about your day. Pay attention to how you feel when you are interacting with others, doing your daily activities, etc. Notice what’s happening in your body as you do this. If you feel good, take a second and appreciate that. If you feel bad, acknowledge the feeling then shift yourself into a better feeling state. Focus on the positive aspects of whatever is going on, or remove yourself from the situation/mindset/feeling and focus on Love. How does that change how you feel in your body? This is a great way to really get in touch with ourselves and help to create a more Heart-Centered way of Being.

      Much Love!

    • Fear Focus?

Posted at 2:45 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on March 20, 2020

Let’s talk about this.  If you had to give a percentage of head space dedicated to fearful thoughts in any 24 hour period, how much would it be?

For anyone who understands the power of our thoughts, well then they are that much more aware of how important it is to monitor them.  For anyone who doesn’t understand the power our thoughts have, I would suggest reading/listening to anything to do with Law Of Attraction.  Books on this subject date back thousands of years.  It’s concepts are in the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita and so many written works that came afterward.  One really interesting read is a book by Prentice Mulford titled ‘Thoughts Are Things’.  Written in the latter part of the 19th century, Prentice was a progressive thinker for that time period.  The words and phrases and examples he uses are interesting and it’s a really great example of how powerful we are as humans.

During this time of such uncertainty, those predisposed to fearful thinking may be more so and it can become VERY difficult to function in daily life.  Perhaps keeping the following concepts in the forefront of our thoughts may help ease the worry around the “not knowing” and help us to stay longer in periods of trust in the processes of life and peaceful existence.  When our (ego) thoughts want to go to ones of fear, remember the following:

      1. The idea that I have control over anything but my own thoughts and how I feel is an illusion.
      2. If I want to make a difference in the outcome of an undesirable happening, I must focus on love in all its aspects.
      3. Fear creates dis-ease, Love heals.
      4. All is always well.

Write these down and put them in your pocket.  Take them out and read them when you feel off balance or find your thinking is out of control.  Let go.

Sending out so much Love to you! xox

    • Why Wait?

Posted at 10:47 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on December 14, 2019

I love creating my life.  I love imagining what it is I’d most like to do with my days, of the experiences I’ll have and people I’ll connect with.  I love putting myself there and feeling the excitement of being in places where there are many others just like me, all sharing and growing and enjoying.

There’s one part of this process, though, that I am only now beginning to really take part in in the way I know I’ve needed to in order for all I desire to come about.  That is the experience of true ease and joy along the way.

I’ve been waiting for this state of being to come in the way it is now.

Lately, I’ve been feeling very different.  Different in the sense that, I’m still me, yet I’m a new and improved version of me.  I feel calmer, even more so than before (and I’m quite chill to begin with lol).  This calm is infused with more love, deeper love, than before and it is unconditional.

      I just feel great!

      And greatful!

      Much Love to you all!!

      xoxo

    • A Gift Of Inspiration….

Posted at 8:43 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on July 5, 2018

IMG_7476My husband, Ainsley, who still lives in the UK as we go through the process of his immigrating to the US, has been diagnosed with cancer.  We still don’t know the type of cancer it is but we know what we’re doing about it.

This didn’t happen by accident.  This didn’t happen by chance.  It’s happening for many reasons and mostly to provide an opportunity to deeply grow into more expansive love in all respects.   Love for self, others, circumstances, experiences, etc.   It is an infinitely powerful force that informs our existence and provides the reference point from which everything else flows.

      And Love heals.

Here’s Ainsley’s perspective on things…I wish to share it in the spirit of great Love for you all.

“For all those wonderful people out there who have sent me prayers and loving well wishes, I want to say that I love you all. I had my latest results today, relating to the Testicular Cancer . I was told that the tumour they found is more likely to be some sort of Lymphoma, this means that the tumour has to be tested more specifically to decipher what exactly is occurring. I will have to wait for around 2 weeks before I know anything else. So this is what I have decided ( with my beautiful wife Krista ). I am not going to attach myself to any sort of prognosis because as yet there isn’t one. I’m healing very well from my Op and have continued to feel healthy and well within myself. I am on a journey with the deepest truest sense of love and it’s power. I am sharing this now because I want to be an example to others that, walking through our lives with love reveals the abundance of life. I am a powerful force in my own life and when I want something I always get it. My ultimate desire is to live and serve with Krista, this I will achieve. I made a statement a long while ago that stands more true today than ever. I told Krista that to be with her I would move mountains and that there is nothing that can stop me. I revised that today by adding that if I needed to I would take the mountain apart block by block. For my dear friends who read this, hold only joy for me because I remain joyful. Feel happiness with me because I am happy. I knew coming into this life ( and was reminded during my NDE ) that there would be certain experiences which would shape me, I feel deeply in my soul that they are on my path, not to test me, but to help me love more, inspire more, to share more and to continue serving those I am blessed to serve, just because I can“

      Much Love to you xox
