    • Retreating

Posted at 9:36 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on March 1, 2015

I recently went on a retreat that truly amazed me.

Initially, I was reluctant to go…and wasn’t sure why.  I found this out after two days of prayer and singing…not well, but I sang.  I participated in the program they had created for all of us, letting go and allowing the beautiful, loving energy carry me wherever it wanted me to go.

These were very loving, spiritual, religious women who were there to share their love and spirituality with others with the hope of facilitating healing for those who needed it.  They did an amazing job.

I went at the urging of a friend who helped organize the retreat.  She knew of my NDE and felt my story could bring great healing to the other attendees.  That’s why I went, to be of service using the knowledge I’d gained in the afterlife and after death.  I did give generously, but received so much more.

These women were powerful.  Just through their love and belief in the loving God of their faith they visibly helped dozens of women, including me.  I experienced literal miracles that weekend, and couldn’t have been more grateful for having the opportunity to take part in it.  I wanted to retreat, and boy did I!

    • The Power Of Intention

Posted at 7:15 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on February 20, 2015

I’ve been focusing my thoughts around this topic a lot lately, but not really intentionally lol.  It’s just sort of there and I’m paying attention to it.  I suppose it’s partly because of my desire to move forward in my life and the fact that I feel like the  things I want are taking too long to manifest….Patience….

The overarching reason for my being is to be of service to myself and others.  Within that are little desires, like loving and healthy relationships, good health, financial security, being surrounded by the beauty of nature, etc.  All of these, I believe, will help bring a greater richness to life on top of what I will receive through the work I do directly with people.  The energetic exchange between us can be so moving and so fulfilling and so very life-vivifying.  I’d like to have as many of those exchanges as possible while helping to relieve suffering through sharing my story and what I’ve learned.

Today, I intend to focus my energy on love, healing and joy and have faith all that I desire is manifesting as I’m doing it.

The Twelve Principles in practice….they are what I’m using through Intention to create my life today.

      Much Love xox

    • Gratitude Challenge…..

Posted at 8:04 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on February 18, 2015

What would happen if we nurtured the feeling of Gratitude for everything that happens today…  Gratitude for all the wonderful things, the annoyances and frustrations, all of it!  How would having Gratitude for everything alter our experience of ourselves and the world around us?  Try it!

    • Being Who We Are

Posted at 3:00 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on January 30, 2015

      Authenticity.

It’s something we have, but don’t always show it.  We are authentically ourselves, yet hide that person out of fear.  What is it we fear?  Judgement, ridicule, etc.  Why?  Because we have either been the target of it or have done it ourselves.

What if we didn’t hide?  What if the very thing we feared was our ticket to happiness?

We came into this world, this particular incarnation, to live from our authenticity and create the life we desire.  It is a life that no one else can create and its necessity cannot be measured.

We owe it to ourselves and to others/the world to be that person.  Be happy.  Be yourself.  xoxox

    • We Are Supported

Posted at 7:09 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on January 8, 2015

Just by being here, we are supported.  We can never, ever be alone.  There are energies all around us, all the time ready to lift us up when we call upon them.  Some refer to these energies as angels.  I love the word, but choose ‘benevolent spirits’ to describe them myself.  They are spirits I met during my near death experience 14 years ago and as a child before that.  They love us in a way nothing else can here on earth.  It is an ego-less love, as they need nothing in return.

If you feel alone, unsupported by those around you think about asking for help from those you can’t see 😉 then pay attention to what your intuition tells you to do.  Wait and see what happens…

    • The Many Messages of My NDE

Posted at 10:08 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on December 18, 2014

I’ve wanted to take the time to sit down and write about the parallels between my NDE and the different world religions.  My NDE contained within it concepts of Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Muslim as well as the Law Of Attraction.

I will be posting here as I do make these parallels.  I’d love to hear your opinion!

    • Joy vs. Suffering

Posted at 9:55 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on September 5, 2014

      Life is unpredictable.

I used to be so uncomfortable with that saying.  I needed a schedule that didn’t change.  I had to function within certain parameters where, if they were breached with an unexpected “whatever”, I would be sent spinning.

What I never realized was how afraid I was.  I carried a fear of living around with me all the time, yet was completely unaware of the extent to which it affected my life.  I figured it was something that was a part of life.  Most of us are afraid.  That’s just how it is.  That’s why we get life insurance.  That’s why we save for retirement.  That’s why we go to the doctor and take the pills we take.

We’re afraid of living. We’re afraid of dying.

But, why?  Why do we see this life as something to be feared? Why do we see death as something to be feared?

Why do we approach life, the most natural thing in the world, as if it is something to be endured, suffered through and ultimately end through this horrible thing called death?

      I didn’t get it.

      Then, I died.

      Then, I got it.

We come here with the experience of who we are in our most fundamental state of being, which is pure, conscious love, and with that, all the joy that comes with it.

When we come into the body, we have the experience of the suffering that occurs when we are separated from the source of who we really are. We’re in the body so we may once again endeavor to experience the joy of who we are. When we do so, we are able to understand the difference between suffering and joy, and when we live to experience only joy, we cease to suffer. We’ve returned.

      Love to you 🙂
