    • How Death Is So Much Like Life

Posted at 7:05 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on August 29, 2019

Our lives are not completely our own.  We cannot control everything that happens, but we can use our free will and intention to focus the energy that is there at our disposal to bring about what it is we desire, with one caveat:  If it is for the greater good for us and everyone involved and, in the ultimate sense, it always is .

We come here to remember who we are, which is pure love.  We come here to share  love in the world in our own unique way.  Everyone is here to do the same thing and there is no one who is more worthy than another.  There is no one who is better than another or whose desires and dreams are more important.  We are all on the same playing field all the time.

Death is a continuation of life.  In what we call death our consciousness continues to have the same power to manifest what it is we desire, only we are more acutely aware of our connection to the divine loving source that supports us at all times.  We return to this source and are once again reminded of the intensely loving beings we are.

Within that intensely loving power are all the possibilities of the universe completely at our disposal here.  We continue to use our intention and free will to create our experience in death as we do in life.  The difference is in our awareness of that power and, when we die, we’re reminded of it.  We re-experience it to its greatest degree.  We return to a realm where there literally is no resistance.  We are immersed and get to play in the miraculous cosmic soup of love energy that we get only a small taste of here in the body.

We create our experience in the afterlife along with the co-creative power of the universe, that is love wholly and completely.  While we’re here, it is to our greatest benefit to re-dis-cover the loving beings we are and endeavor to fulfill our purpose.  By doing so, we are constantly bringing ourselves closer and closer to perfect alignment with the source of us all and have an opportunity to experience it here, in the body.

To do so is a choice.  We always have free-will, here and in the afterlife.  We’re here.  We can choose our life.

My question for you is this:  Are you creating the life you desire?

As always, I’d love to hear your stories!

Much love to you along your beautiful, creative journey!

    • Picking Up The Pieces

Posted at 9:11 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on June 9, 2015

Whenever life shifts, when it changes and creates what may appear to be discord in our lives, feeling the discord then letting it go helps ease our suffering and allows the resistance to soften so we may continue on our path…when we can pick up the pieces of whatever’s broken we have an opportunity to create something more beautiful and life vivifying than what came before.

Here’s to picking up the pieces and creating a work of art!

xoxo love to you all 🙂

    • Being Who We Are

Posted at 3:00 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on January 30, 2015

      Authenticity.

It’s something we have, but don’t always show it.  We are authentically ourselves, yet hide that person out of fear.  What is it we fear?  Judgement, ridicule, etc.  Why?  Because we have either been the target of it or have done it ourselves.

What if we didn’t hide?  What if the very thing we feared was our ticket to happiness?

We came into this world, this particular incarnation, to live from our authenticity and create the life we desire.  It is a life that no one else can create and its necessity cannot be measured.

We owe it to ourselves and to others/the world to be that person.  Be happy.  Be yourself.  xoxox

    • Just Be……Your Self!

Posted at 11:43 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on September 29, 2014

      Easier said than done?

It can be.  Unless we say “It’s easy!”

Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”

Be your self (the space between the words was intentional).  Your self is all there is.

      Love to You!

    • I Died…And Learned How To Live

Posted at 8:19 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on August 12, 2014

I Died…And Learned How To Live is an introduction to my story of death, return, and profound healing that took place in my life afterward.

There were no words in our human language that could adequately describe my experience of death, and I spent years trying to reintegrate myself back into my preexisting life while not having a means of expressing what I’d gone through. The feeling I had of unbounded love not only for me, but for all there is, couldn’t be translated in any way I knew, so out of frustration, I chose to keep it to myself for many years.

After experiencing challenges in life that led me back to my experience, I was able to describe it in what I call the Twelve Principles For Daily Living. When I lived those principles, my life and the lives of my family transformed. When practiced freely, without reservation, they have the potential for the creation of a life that is the closest I’ve come to recreating my death experience here, on earth. They are what I used to heal my life, and the lives of my family.

    • The Power of Intention

Posted at 8:49 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on March 25, 2014

I really didn’t want to go to work today.

I really didn’t want to go to work today.

Did I tell you I really didn’t want to go to work today?

I focused on turning my energy around as I took the corners of the streets in my neighborhood.  I managed to do it, then realized there was a missed call on my cell.  It was work.  They didn’t need me right now, and would call me later when it got busy.

Once again, I am reminded of the power of my thoughts and how the Universe is always conspiring for me. I was reminded of this once again…:)
