    • If you ever wonder why we’re here….the Erin Kramp story

Posted at 9:37 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on June 1, 2015

Our lives are not our own and they were never meant to be.  We’re here to participate in this world and share in all of it, to support and love one another.  There’s no good or bad, those are judgements against what is beyond judgement.  Death is a continuum of life and we’re her to live…to really live.  Love you all! xox

    • Loving Ourselves

Posted at 12:12 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on December 10, 2014

I have some experience with the challenges around this topic.  My inclination had always been to put others’ needs first before mine, to minimize my needs so as to accommodate others.  While that is absolutely necessary in life, a balance needs to be created between dispensing our energy and energizing ourselves.

We need to get in order to give.

How do we replenish ourselves of the energy we give away?  Through loving ourselves.  That’s it.  The love we give away must be equal to the love we show ourselves.  Otherwise, we end up depleted and defeated.  The challenge here is that often we hold the belief we don’t deserve it.  For some reason, we don’t feel as worthy of receiving as those who receive.

As we live our lives, we often lose touch with the loving, divine beings we are.  We are made up of pure love.  The energy that fuels us is love energy.  That love energy is what makes up the universe.  That universal energy is flowing through us and is everywhere, all the time. It’s an unbroken cycle.  If we lack the love for ourselves that we endeavor to give away, we disconnect from that universal love. We temporarily break and disconnect from our source.  Without source energy flowing through us, we deplete our own.  We cannot give what we don’t have.  So if we truly want to share with and serve others with our love, we must connect and replenish with the love of the universe.

Make sense?  Let me know your thoughts!

    • Just Be……Your Self!

Posted at 11:43 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on September 29, 2014

      Easier said than done?

It can be.  Unless we say “It’s easy!”

Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”

Be your self (the space between the words was intentional).  Your self is all there is.

      Love to You!

“If you really want to help this world, what you need to teach is how to live in it.” Joseph Campbell (via Bill Moyers)

I was not overtly instructed  on how to live in this world by my parents.  I did learn though, and now I endeavor to teach others.  In my forthcoming book, Lessons In Love:  Twelve Principles For Daily Living, I take the knowledge I gained during my near death experience 14 years ago, and boil it down into understandable, immediately applicable terms that help to guide others on their personal journeys through this life.

      Love to you all!!

      Phew!

I just watched this video on Yahoo from a Chicago news station about a woman who coded for 30+ seconds while delivering her baby.  It  was due to an amniotic fluid embolism.  This very thing happened to me during labor 13+ years ago, and I coded for 8 minutes.  During that time, I transitioned into the afterlife and experienced exactly what I needed so I may return to the 3-D world and do what I chose to do.

What the video reminded me of was I am here, we are all here, which is to make loving connections with ourselves and all there is.

      Love to you all :]

    • Our Beautiful Children

Posted at 8:38 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on December 8, 2013

This may sound really strange, but when I see a baby or child, I feel a connection to them.  It’s not like a stalker-woman-wants-to-steal-baby kind of connection, it is a spiritual one. This has only really been since my NDE that I see myself in their eyes, and in their innocent depth, the universe.  It’s all reflected right back at me when I look at them.  I see and feel in them the innate joy for this life, and for a brief moment, feel reconnected with the Eternal in a way that is fresh and new.

Thank God for our beautiful children!
