    • Love=Energy

Posted at 9:37 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on March 25, 2015

Like all things in nature, we are energy.  Right now we’re in this form, this package of flesh and blood that when broken down into its smallest components is just vibration and we can alter our vibration through what we feel and think.

Feeling is our main mode of communication and the energy of it emanates from our physical body and moves seamlessly with our Source energy through this time and space.

When we feel something, like when we sense thirst, it’s then followed by the thought “I’m thirsty, I need something to drink.”  The thought is the second step in the summoning of the energetic resources of the Universe.  The next is the physical manifestation of thought energy.

The organs in our physical body vibrate like everything else, and tell us when we’re in alignment with who we really are. When we think negatively we create “bad feelings” which do not resonate with who we are in our truest form, which is love.  As long as we’re spending our thought energy on negativity we transfer that out-of-alignment energy to our physical body which results in illness.  All illness is a state of misalignment, a sign we’re in need of healing and that we need to pay attention to our  well-being.  That attention can take the form of thinking healthy thoughts, eating healthy foods and getting enough rest, which are the physical acts we can take to correct the imbalance.  It can also take the form of “cognitive therapy” which is the ongoing process of monitoring our thoughts so as to bring forth and focus on only those thoughts that bring us into alignment with who we really are.

Who we are is love and love holds perfect form.  It is the totality of all there is and is our true nature of being.  Our thought energy is an integral part of maintaining that love-state of being, but more so it is how we feel that creates or uncreates it.

We can think “I am healthy.”  But the quest for good health doesn’t stop there.  It must be taken a step further with the thought energy integrated into the physical body through the feeling of “I am healthy”.  How does this happen?  By practicing self-care.  The act of lovingly preparing a nourishing meal or exercising with the intention of feeling good manifests in the body as loving, healing energy.  Our cells then use that energy to perform the functions it must in order to maintain our physical form.  The illusion is there is separation between all of these things, that they function independent of one another when in fact, they are seamlessly working together-the energy of feeling, thought, physical act, and physical manifestation in the body is a continuum with the loving energy of the universe and we have the free-will to use it in whichever way we desire.

That energy is always loving, it is we who alter its form into what the ego wishes it to be based on whatever needs it has in the moment and there is nothing wrong with doing that because it provides contrast to our true nature, which allows for us to grow spiritually while here on this earth, in this form.

When we let go of the physical and move into the realm of pure consciousness we have the choice of where to go and have the unending, loving support of the universe’s co-creative power, only in the realm of the afterlife, its power is much greater, but then, so is ours.

      Wishing you abundant health!

    • The Power Of Intention

Posted at 7:15 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on February 20, 2015

I’ve been focusing my thoughts around this topic a lot lately, but not really intentionally lol.  It’s just sort of there and I’m paying attention to it.  I suppose it’s partly because of my desire to move forward in my life and the fact that I feel like the  things I want are taking too long to manifest….Patience….

The overarching reason for my being is to be of service to myself and others.  Within that are little desires, like loving and healthy relationships, good health, financial security, being surrounded by the beauty of nature, etc.  All of these, I believe, will help bring a greater richness to life on top of what I will receive through the work I do directly with people.  The energetic exchange between us can be so moving and so fulfilling and so very life-vivifying.  I’d like to have as many of those exchanges as possible while helping to relieve suffering through sharing my story and what I’ve learned.

Today, I intend to focus my energy on love, healing and joy and have faith all that I desire is manifesting as I’m doing it.

The Twelve Principles in practice….they are what I’m using through Intention to create my life today.

      Much Love xox

    • An Awe-Inspired Life

Posted at 7:23 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on February 8, 2015

I read an article this morning discussing a research-based finding that shows the feeling of “awe” is good for our health.  A key marker of inflammation (which is implicated in many diseases) is reduced when we experience the feeling of awe.

So, what is it that makes you feel that wonderfully life-vivifying feeling of awe?  A beautiful sunset?  A smiling baby?  A walk in the woods?  Whatever it is, find it.  Do it.  Do more of it.  Live an Awe-Inspired life!

      xoxo

    • What Inspires You?

Posted at 9:38 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on June 3, 2014

I was writing tonight about what/who my inspirations in life have been.  Remembering back to my childhood, it ranged from Winnie the Pooh, Big Bird, and Mary Poppins to Wonder Woman, the Six Million Dollar Man and Charlie’s Angels.  Moving on into my teens it became the hero of whatever book I couldn’t put down, or musician who’s music I’d become infatuated with.

Then, in early adulthood, it was the work of Joseph Campbell and Deepak Chopra that resonated with me and helped shape who I am today.

Inspiration is the spark that ignites creativity.  It is our divine beingness that is sparked in the face of inspiration.

One of the definitions of Inspire is to breathe.  We all share the breath of life.  We all inspire.

      What inspires you?

      xoxo

    • The F-word

Posted at 2:52 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on May 5, 2014

Fear.  Such a powerful four-letter word.

It holds us back from fully expressing our divine nature, and is the exact opposite of what we are in our essence, which is love.

Ego and fear are the same thing.  Where there is fear there is ego.  Where there is ego, there is fear.  Love cannot exist where ego and fear exist.  Where love cannot exist, our divine nature cannot be expressed.  When our divine nature cannot be expressed, our lives are under-lived and their full potential under-realized.

      Live from love today.

    • $$ Money $$

Posted at 11:40 AM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on January 19, 2014

This is a quote from Esther Hicks who channels “Abraham”.  She speaks mainly about the Law of Attraction, and has many helpful ways of expressing how we are the creators and co-creators of our lives.  This was my experience in the afterlife, as well.  I had free-will to choose my path.  We all do.  Money is an important piece of this, and allowing ourselves to align ourselves with the receiving of and giving of money is an important part of our spiritual evolution here.  We all deserve abundance.  There is enough money to go around.  To use money for the highest good, with love, along our path carries with it a high vibration, which puts ourselves in alignment with our creator.  We also have the choice to use or perceive money in ways that carry a lower vibration, thus lessening the potential for alignment with our source of life, and thus our receiving it.   Our life’s purpose is to reestablish the vibrational/energetic frequency of what we were born out of, which is unbounded divine love.  This unboundedness, this expansion,  is what our spirit wants to achieve in this life.  Money can aid in this process.

“You are right when you think, Money isn’t everything. You certainly do not need money to have joy in your experience. But in your society—where so much of what you live is tied to money in some way—most of you associate money with freedom. And since freedom is a basic tenet of your being, then coming into alignment with money will help you establish a balanced footing that will be of value to you in all other aspects of your experience.”

       —Abraham

    • Lesson One: Live In Awareness

Posted at 12:37 PM by Krista Gorman, PA-C, on January 17, 2014

I have a sister blog called Lessons In Love:  Twelve Principles For Daily Living and wanted to share a bit here….please visit LIL to read more….xoxo

What does it mean to be Aware

It means to have the knowledge that you and everything contained in all there is are one.  There is no separation between you, me, nature, the stars, and so on.  All of it is the collective “We”.

We are, I am, the Alpha and the Omega.

With this awareness, there is no separation from anyone or anything.  When the “I” becomes “We”, our entire world takes on new meaning.  There is a shift in perception that re-creates the bond with the infinite divine that was fully present in our awareness before birth, and is challenged in the face of the duality of this world, only to be fully present once again through re-experiencing our true nature.  We may have this experience here, in our body, if we choose to.  In our physical and nonphysical form we have, and always have, free will.

My experience in both near death and this life on earth is that we are seamless forms of consciousness, only here we are not always aware this is so.

How do we cultivate awareness?  First, by acknowledging the possibility that what we see isn’t all there is.  What we experience in physical form is only one part of the story, and no matter which part we experience, it is just as important as another.  There are no exceptions, but, we always have free will to choose what kind of experience we have.  We have the ability to change our reality at any moment in time.
