Matters Of Life And Death

I watched Finding Dori the other day….for the second time….and found myself tearing up at the points where she was lost and searching for her family, searching for her home.  Never giving up, she just kept swimming, knowing she’d find what she was looking for.

I’d been there so many times throughout my life, and only when I began to practice loving myself did I realize I never had to search again.

From self-love comes everything.  It is the birthplace of all creation. If we do nothing else in this life other than learn how to and then practice loving ourselves, then we have lived an extraordinary life.  Never give up on what you know will bring more joy and happiness into your life.  Make the “tough” choices that bring you closer to your true self. You know what they are and when they need to be made.  Trust.  Deeply trust in the processes of life.  Just keep swimming.  All is well.  I love you.  xox Krista
